New foundation review and swatches today, this is the palest shade in the Rare Beauty Foundation line 100W. It has a subtle cool yellow undertone which is what works best for me - and is not an undertone that's represented much in the very pale segment of foundation. This is just on the side of too pale but as the day progresses it might warm up a tiny bit and I can't see any shade difference between my neck and my face.
